Booking

Appointments are booked through Booksy. Your booking is confirmed when Booksy confirms it. Prices are those shown on Booksy when you book.

Cancelling, moving and arriving late

If you need to cancel or move your appointment, do it in Booksy or WhatsApp Marguerite on 083 556 6231 as early as you can.

Your health and your treatment

Before your treatment, tell us about any allergies, skin conditions, medication, recent procedures or pregnancy. Some treatments are not suitable in these situations, and we may suggest another one or ask you to wait.

Gift cards

Gift cards are sold through Booksy and follow Booksy’s terms. Under the Consumer Protection Act, gift cards are valid for at least three years from the date they are bought.

Packages

Package prices apply when every treatment in the package is booked as that package. In packages with more than one visit, each visit is booked as its own appointment.

This website

We keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but Booksy holds the live prices and availability. If they differ, Booksy is correct.
